Lansford and Towamensing White advanced to the winner's bracket final of the District 18 9-10 LL tournament with wins last night.

Lansford
Lansford scored 11 runs in the bottom of the first inning and never looked back in posting a 15-5 win in four innings over Franklin Township to advance into the winner's bracket final on Thursday.
Zack Kindt had three triples and scored three runs for the winners, while Wyatt Zimmerman added two doubles and Tristan Blasko had two singles.
Zach Crum had a triple and scored two runs, while Jesse Dekorte singled and scored a run for Franklin Township.
Towamensing White-Weatherly
An eight-run third inning helped Towamensing White pull away from Weatherly for a 16-5 four-inning win.
Tanner Burnett had two doubles, a two-run homer, four RBI, a stolen base and scored a run for the White team.
Owen Reis added an RBI double, and Bradley Behler and Eric Nothstein chipped in with RBI singles.
Robert Pressler had two singles and scored a run for Weatherly.

PV Black Diamonds-McAdoo/Tresckow
The Panther Valley Black Diamonds came up with a run in the top of the eighth to pull out an 8-7 extr inning win over the McAdoo/Tresckow Nationals.
Brandon Gurka was two-for-four with a triple and RBI, while Jeff Corby contributed a double and two RBI for the Black Diamonds.
Zach Motil had two RBI for McAdoo/Treskow.

The Towamensing Yankees scored six runs in the third inning and held on for a 10-7 win over the Panther Valley Black Diamonds.
Winning pitcher Joe Tyahla was three-for-four with three RBI and two stolen bases and Tyler Svetik had two hits and two RBI for Towamensing.
Greg Pecha and Jeff Corby both went one-for two with two RBI for the Black Diamonds.

FT Hurricanes
The Franklin Hurricanes scored nine runs in the first inning, but they didn't hold up as the Hazleton Mountaineers managed a 13-12 win.
Matt Kimock went four-for-four with a double and four RBI and was also the winning pitcher for Hazleton.
Zach Knox had two doubles and three RBI and Steve Shanton had three singles for Franklin Township.
