Withdraws plea
Jorge Diaz, 39, of 228 E. Washington St., McAdoo, was granted permission by Judge Dolbin to withdraw his guilty plea and his case was remanded to the district attorney's trial list. Diaz was charged with terroristic threat, simple assault and harassment filed by McAdoo Patrolman Joseph David.
