Woman cited for theft of services
A Monroe County woman has been charged with theft of services for an incident that occurred at a county business.
State police at Fern Ridge said Irena Stoyanova, of Effort, was cited following a complaint received from the owners of the Pocono Music Exchange located in Chestnuthill Township.
The owners notified troopers that garbage bags were found in their business dumpster that were placed illegally. Troopers said it was determined that the garbage bags belonged to Stoyanova.
