Lehigh driver facing DUI count
A Lehigh County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident in Slatington.
Borough police said Justin Leiby, 22, of 8696 Bakeover Rd., Germansville, was stopped about 4:11 a.m. on Feb. 12 at the intersection of Main and S. Walnut sts.
He will also be charged with a motor vehicle code violation for faulty equipment.
