Monroe arrests
State police at Fern Ridge reported on arrests made by troopers for incidents in Monroe County.
Hakema Foster, 43, of Brodheadsville, is facing two criminal counts following an incident that occurred about 1:06 p.m. on Feb. 27 at the intersection of Toll and Jonas roads, in Chestnuthill Township. Troopers said Foster was at the above location manifestly under the influence of alcohol to a degree she was a danger to herself and another's. She was cited for public drunkenness.
At the same scene while troopers were conducting their investigation of the alcohol incident Foster continuously interfered despite being told several times to remain by her vehicle. She was then cited for disorderly conduct.
On Feb. 26 about 5:35 p.m. troopers were called to the lobby area of the Champion Sportsplex on Pilgrim Way in Chestnuthill Township.
Troopers said during a children's soccer game Henry Bukowski, 49, of East Stroudsburg, and Roxanne Ianuale, 38, of Kunkletown, were cited for disorderly conduct.
Troopers said Bukowski cursed, yelled and swung his arms while being physically restrained by multiple persons. Ianuale grabbed Karen Bukowski by her hair and pulled her to the ground and then struck her head with her hand.
