Woman cited for dog law violation
A Monroe County woman has been cited for a dog law violation.
State police at Lehighton said Stephanie Marie Hartzell, 42, of Box 1042, Brich Church Rd., Saylorsbury R.8, Ross Township, was cited on March 3 about 5:08 p.m. after being directed by troopers on multiple occasions to ensure that her two pitbull terriers were properly secured within her property and were unable to engage domestic animals on neighboring properties.
