Woman cited for urinating in public
A Tamaqua woman was cited after being observed urinating in public.
A police officer was on patrol at 12:17 a.m. March 4, traveling north on Mauch Chunk Street, when he observed a tan Chevrolet Lumina, with the engine running, in front of 13 Mauch Chunk St. The officer then observed a woman in the alley next to the building, who pulled down her pants and urinated. The woman was identifed as Jennifer Miller, 29, of 113 W. Broad St.
Miller was cited for disorderly conduct.
