Woman faces DUI, drug charges

Nikki Bertollette, 20, of White Haven, is facing driving under the influence (DUI), possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, underage drinking, and numerous traffic violations after being stopped by Rush Township police in the area of Plaza Drive and Tide Road on March 13 at 6:11a.m.

Bertollette was taken back to the police station for a breath test. The test results were a .054 percent.

In addition, Ashley Valenia, 22, of Freeland, is facing a charge of furnishing liquor or brewed beverages to minors, police said.
