DUI arrests reported
State police at Frackville reported on two driving under the influence (DUI) arrests made by troopers, both on Saturday, March 19, on Schuylkill County roadways.
Barbara Ann Lehman, 56, of Conyngham, was stopped about 6:50 p.m. along SR54 in West Mahanoy Township for traffic violations. She showed signs of intoxication and was transported to the barracks for a breath test. She will be cited for DUI and summary violations, troopers said.
At 10 p.m. troopers stopped Troy S. Kisela, 25, of Mt. Carmel, along SR54 in the village of William Penn, in West Mahanoy Township, for an equipment violation. He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. He was then taken to the barracks for a breath test. The test results showed him over the legal limit of .08 percent, troopers said. He will be charged.
