Monroe driver facing charges

A Monroe County driver is facing charges in Nesquehoning.

On March 13 officer Brian White was dispatched to a auto accident in the 100 block of E. Catawissa St., a vehicle into a pole. White was also told that the driver was leaving the scene.

The driver was later identified as William J. Chuma, of HC62, Box 298, Long Pond. Lansford police found the vehicle in their borough and reported it to White.

White charged Chuma with immediate notice of accident to police and duty to give information and render aid.
