Wanted person caught in Monroe

Kareem Johnson, 31, of Coolbaugh Township, was detained in the Monroe County Correctional Facility, Snydersville, after police took him into custody on March 13 at 11:52 p.m. at the Oakview Apartments in Mount Pocono.

Police said they observed the man at the apartments and were aware that a bench warrant had been issued against him for failure to appear in court on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
