R.R. Frey Services wins battle of unbeatens
R.R. Frey Services remained perfect on the season with a 71-57 victory over previously unbeaten Cuz-N-Joe's Place, while Ryan's Oil & Heating poured in 108 points against Midas Touch Hair Salon to highlight Wednesday night's action in the Eastern Schuylkill Recreation Commission (ESRC) Winter Basketball League.

University Legendz raced out to a 39-26 halftime lead and coasted to an easy 74-51 victory over Gear Graphic & Sign.
Ted Styka scored 18 points to lead University Legendz, while Matt Murphy tossed in 16 points including four three-pointers.
For Gear Graphic & Sign, Kyle Schaeffer scored a game-high 22 points.
Joe's Place-Matika's Lawn Care/Blazosky Funeral Home
Peter Balogach scored 28 of his team's 47 points, as he led Matika's Lawn Care/Blazosky Funeral Home to a 47-42 victory over Joe's Place.
Balogach was money from the free throw line, converting 13 of his 15 attempts.
Tom Kresge's 17 points paced Joe's Place.

Ryan's Oil & Heating broke the century mark and established a new ESRC Basketball League record for points in a game with a 108-46 victory over Midas Touch Hair Salon.
All five of Ryan's players scored in double-figures, as the team combined for 16 three-pointers. Joe Schaeffer buried nine three-pointers and lead all scorers with 30 points, while Jon Scheuer tacked on 25 points with four treys. Jeff Krushinsky (23 points) and Shawn Tray (19 points) also factored in the decision.
Mike Conley had 21 points to lead Midas Touch Hair Salon.

s-Cuz-N-Joe's Place
In a battle of unbeatens, R.R. Frey Services defeated Cuz-N-Joe's Place by a final score of 71-57.
Leading by one point at halftime (27-26), R.R. Frey Services scored 44 points in the second half to break the game open.
Dave Wilson scored 21 points to lead R.R. Frey, while Jim Barron and Ryan Achenbach tallied 15 points apiece.
For Cuz-N-Joe's Place, league scoring leader Jon Veet knocked down 29 points on 12 field goals, while Bob Broyan added 12 points in the loss.
