Trespass incident being probed

State police at Lehighton are investigating a criminal trespass incident.

Troopers said Joe Farruggio, of 1814 Upper Smith Gap Rd., in Wind Gap, Ross Township, Monroe County, reported observing two persons in the area of a detached wooden garage on his property about 1:25 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23.

The two fled the scene in a black Dodge pickup truck. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (610) 377-4270.
