Lenten Soup Supper and Scripture Service
"Toward a More Biblical Faith" will be the topic at this week's Lenten soup supper and scripture service.
It is hosted by St. John's Lutheran Church, South Avenue, and will begin at 6 p.m.
All are welcome to attend and participate. This is part of this year's theme, "Who's knocking at your front door?"
Parents' meeting
Parents of members of the 2011 graduating class of Jim Thorpe Area High School are invited to a meeting this evening, Monday, at 7 p.m., in the commons area of the high school. Plans will be furthered for the All Night Party at this time.
Parents are reminded that if their child is planning to attend this event, their dues must be paid, as soon as possible.
