Theft incident probed in Rush
Rush Township police have filed charges against a Port Carbon man who allegedly defrauded the McKinley Carpet Company.
Michael Flickinger, 35, was charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property following the incident. Flickinger reportedly did some work for the company but never turned in the $756 he collected.
