Checkpoint set for Schuylkill

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks announced troopers will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint at an undisclosed location within Schuylkill County sometime during the time frame of Friday, April 1, and Sunday, April 3.

Motorists are reminded to utilize restraint systems in their vehicles. One of the main causal factors in fatal accidents, troopers said, was drivers and/or passengers not wearing seat belts.
