Vehicle stop leads to drug charges
A vehicle stop in Carbon County has led to drug charges.
State police at Lehighton said Michael Lee Beil, 24, of Palmerton, was stopped about 6:51 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, along Little Gap Road, near Lower Smith Gap Road, in Lower Towamensing Township, for several motor vehicle code violations.
At the stop Beil was found to have in his possession a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
