Monroe man victim of fraud incident
A Monroe County man is a victim of access device fraud.
State police at Lehighton said unknown criminals made unauthorized charges against a debit/credit card belonging to Adam Keller, 31, of 4286 Hemlock Drive, in Eldred Township. The charges were made during the period of April 26 and 29.
