Carbon man facing trespass charge

A Carbon County resident is facing a charge of criminal trespass.

State police at Fern Ridge said Brian Chatham, 48, of Albrightsville, went to the residence of Joel Puppo, Lot 28, Hickory Run Court, Albrightsville, Kidder Township, about 4:06 p.m. on April 24 after previously being told to stay off the property.

Once on the property Chatham allegedly began kicking a door on the residence and broke a window in an attempt to gain entry. He was intoxicated at the time and resisted arrest, troopers added.

He was taken into custody and charged.
