May 18, 1960 Dave Lewis tosses a four-hitter to help lead Marian to an 8-2 Anthracite Catholic League win over Shenandoah Catholic. Lewis allows two walks and strikes out 10 batters. Francis Hager collects three hits and scores two runs for the Colts, coached by Hugh "Wink" Gallagher. The winners also receive two hits and a run scored from both Hank Epler and Jack Gillespie while Leo Lenick and Joe Novack each add a hit and two RBI.
