Harassment incident
A Carbon County man has been charged with harassment following an incident that occurred about 2:22 p.m. on Oct. 28 at the intersection of Old Stage and Minisink roads, in Penn Forest Township.
State police at Fern Ridge said Matthew A. Wollett, 26, of Albrightsville, was charged after he allegedly struck a 22-year-old female in the chin when he grabbed a cell phone that was in her hand. The incident happened in a vehicle at the above location, troopers said.
