Schuylkill County couple charged
A Schuylkill County couple were both charged following a domestic incident.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Dawn Marie Levan, 43, and Michael Carver, 40, both of Centre St., Port Clinton, became involved in a physical confrontation about 8-8:30 a.m. on Oct. 30.
Troopers said citations were issued to both for harassment.
