Truck strikes deer in Rush Township
A Fleetwood man escaped serious injuries when his truck struck a deer in Rush Township late Wednesday afternoon.
Norman Fuhrmann was traveling on Fairview Street, at 5:52 p.m., when a deer ran out of the woods and into the path of his Ford Expedition.
The impact caused considerable damage to the SUV, which had to be towed from the scene.
