A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 3:20 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20, along Interstate 81, in West Mahanoy Township.

State police at Frackville said Bradley Moran, 25, of Ringtown, was stopped while northbound after troopers received several calls of an erratic driver.

He was found to be under the influence and was taken to the barracks for a breath test. The test showed he was over the legal limit. In addition to the DUI count, Moran will also be charged with several motor vehicle code violations.
