SH man charged with public drunkenness

A Summit Hill man was found to be under the influence of alcohol after an incident in Summit Hill on Oct. 23.

According to borough police, officers received a call from an elderly female at 1:02 am., who said that someone was ringing her doorbell. Police responded to the 200 block of East Lehigh Street and observed Donald Fernandes III on the front porch.

He was heavily intoxicated and believed that the home was his residence.

He was charged with public drunkenness.
