Harassment arrest reported

State police at Frackville reported the arrest of a Schuylkill County resident for harassment following an incident in the parking lot of a county mall.

Troopers said Thomas Pusavage, 20, of Frackville, was cited for an incident that occurred about 6:20 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 25, in the parking lot of the Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township.

Pusavage allegedly approached a 16-year-old male from Wilburton, and pushed him several times in an attempt to start a fight. A witness to the incident called troopers. Pusavage was then cited.
