Carbon woman facing charges

A Carbon County woman is facing a charge of harassment following an incident that occurred about 11:45 a.m. on Sept. 27 at 133 Thomas Lane, in Towamensing Trails, Penn Forest Township.

State police at Lehighton allege that Sue Ellen Smith, 60, of Albrightsville, punched Eric Henry Harz, 50, of Kunkletown, in the face in a dispute of noise from a tree cutter.
