Monroe DUI arrest reported

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on a drunk driving arrest.

Police said about 12:27 a.m. on Sept. 30 Manuel Ferran, 46, of Long Pond, was stopped along Long Pond Road for a traffic violation, non-functional taillights.

Ferran was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. He was then taken into custody and charged with DUI.
