Divorces granted
Patricia S. Gulden was granted a divorce from Francis W. Gulden, both of Shenandoah. They were marrioed Nov. 22, 1986.
Amy Lynn Breese, Ringtown, was granted a divorce from Robert A. Breese, Rockville, Md. They were married April 12, 2003.
Karen M. Adams, Seltzer, Norwegian Township, was granted a divorce from Douglas J. Adams, Pottsville. They were married July 31, 2004.
Leon R. Jones, Mahanoy City, was granted a divorce from Peggy Lee Jones, Shenandoah. They were married July 30, 1987.
Tracy L. Fenton, 114 Hazel St., Delano, was granted a divorce from Joseph L. Saukynas, 106 Bulls Head Rd., Pottsville. They were married Feb. 14, 2004.
Joan M. Earlosky was granted a divorce from John S. Orlosky, both of Orwigsburg. They were married Nov. 27,1982.
Changes plea
Mark Lawrence Schmitz, 35, of Lyons Station, changed his plea from not guilty when arraigned to guilty of forging a stolen check and was sentenced by Judge John E. Domalakes to serve three to 24 months in a state correctional institution, pay $50 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account and make restitution of $1,000 to Frederick Kemfort III, of Pottsville.
John Casella, 20, Pottsville, pleaded guilty to corruption of minors and was placed on probation 12 months by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and ordered to pay $50 to the CJEA and a $50 monthly supervision fee.
Justin Allen Klinger, 20, Ashland, pleaded guilty to receiving property stolen from Walmart Store in Saint Clair and was sentenced by Judge Domalakes to serve 12 months on probation, pay $50 to CJEA, a $50 monthly supervision fee and make restitution of $34.93 to Walmart. On a charge of retail theft he was fined $150.
Revoke parole
Jason Brad Lucas, 33, Schuylkill Haven, had his parole revoked by Judge Charles M. Miller and he was recommitted to the county prison to serve out the balance of his sentence and his 245 days of liberty were added to his date of release, which is now Dec. 27. Lucas had pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and was placed on probation.
Jessica Burd, 36, Dunmore, had her parole revoked by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and she was recommitted to the county prison and her 197 days of liberty added to the date she is to be released which is now May 14, 2012. Burd pleaded guilty to forging a physician's name on a drug prescription and after serving 26 days in jail was released on parole.
Dismiss charges
The motion by District Attorney James P. Goodman to dismiss cirminal charges against four men was granted by President Judge Willliam E. Baldwin.
Anthony J. Petritsch, 36, Weston Place Village, West Mahanoy Township, charged with propelling missiles into occupied cars on streets in Gilberton.
Douglas Paul Dinklocker, 57, Pine Grove, charged with simple assault of person on a camp ground in Wayne Township.
Lawrence Frederick Thompson, 38, West Atlantic, Ga., charged with corruption of minors and selling for furnishing alcohol beverage to minors in Pottsville.
Jesse P. Dempinsky, 25, Saint Clair, charged with simple assault.
