Tires are slashed on car in Schuylkill
State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 10:30 p.m. Oct. 8 and 9:390 a.m. Oct. 9 on Cherry Street in Port Carbon.
The victim is Joseph Stanley Vinginsky of Port Carbon.
Police said someone slashed two tires and let the air out of the other two tires on the victim's 1982 Ford F150.
