Divorces granted

Brian A. Miller, 11 E. Lehigh St., Coaldale, was granted a divorce from Laura A. Miller, 609 Gypsy Hill Gardens, Lehighton. They were married Aug. 8, 2009.

Renee Hudock was granted a divorce from Thomas Hudock, both of 10 Center St., Kelayres, Kline Township. They were married Dec. 15, 1995.

Lamar D. Wolfe was granted a divorce from Louise M. Wolfe, both of Pine Grove. They were married Oct. 17, 1970.

File for divorce

Tyler Raymer started a divorce action against Tammie Raymer, both of 333 Mush Dahl Road, New Ringgold. They were married Sept. 8, 2001.

Bench warrants

Three defendants brought in on bench warrants because they failed to appear at their scheduled court dates received hearings before Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin who handed down rulings as follows:

Travis Saint Pierre, 21, had his bail reinstated and ordered to reside at 532 E. Market St., First Floor Apartment, Pottsville, and shall notify the Clerk of Courts Stephen Lukach of any change of address. He faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia by Frackville Patrolman George Parnell.

Juan Guillermo Romero-Vazquez, Pottsville, had his bench warrant dissolved by Dolbin who committed him to a state correctional institution to begin serving a two to four year sentence. He had pleaded guilty to delivering drugs in Pottsville.

Richard Arlin Harner, 24, Pottsville, had his bench warrant dissolved by Dolbin and his bail revoked. Bail will be restored if the defendant's mother allows him to live at her home at 1832 Long Run Road, Schuylkill Haven. He faces a charge of theft of a cell phone belonging to a student attending McCann's Business School in Pottsville.
