Allegedly threatens to burn a residence

Daniel Joseph O'Donnell, 39, of 444 W. Ludlow St., Summit Hill, has been charged with terroristic threats and harassment.

O'Donnell was arrested at 11:39 a.m. on Oct. 7 by Summit Hill police after he allegedly threatened to burn his father's residence.

Summit Hill police were assisted by Lansford police during the incident.

He was arraigned before District Judge Edward Lewis of Jim Thorpe and placed in Carbon County Prison in lieu of $25,000, 10 percent bail.
