Drug paraphernalia discovered

Two Palmerton juveniles have been charged after drug paraphernalia was found in their possession.

According to state police at Lehighton, on Tuesday, Oct. 11, at 10 a.m., at Palmerton Area High School, two female juveniles were found in the female restroom after teachers smelled the odor of marijuana.

The two girls were found to be in possession of a marijuana smoking pipe.

Charges have been filed with the Carbon County Juvenile Probation Office.
