Cited for mischief
A Carbon County resident has been cited for criminal mischief.
State police at Lehighton said the incident occurred in the area of 304 Hatchery Road, in Penn Forest Township. Troopers said John Merz, 22, of Lake Harmony, was cited for allegedly throwing a rock through the windows of a truck owned by Patrick Phillips, 25, of Brodheadsville.
The incident occurerd about 9:24 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15.
