District 11 playoffs postponed

The District 11 Class 2A field hockey semifinals and a couple of the District 11 girls volleyball first round playoff games, originally scheduled for Saturday, have been postponed until next week.

The field hockey semifinals will be played at Emmaus on Tuesday with Northern Lehigh taking on Moravian Academy at 5:30 p.m. and Lehighton will battle Southern Lehigh at 7:30.

The 2A volleyball matches that pit Blue Mountain at Panther Valley, North Schuylkill at Southern Lehigh anbd Pine Grove at Notre Dame (GP) will all be played Monday at 6 p.m.

In Class A, Salem Christian will travel to Marian to take on the Fillies on Monday at 6 p.m.
