The engagement of Lindsey Bochicchio to Richard Hanshaw has been announced by their mothers.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Diane Bochicchio of Kunkletown and the late George Bochicchio.
She is a 2006 graduate of Palmerton Area High School and a 2008 graduate of The Pennsylvania College of Technology, where she earned a degree in paralegal studies.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Wilma Hanshaw of Palmerton.
He is a 2004 graduate of Palmerton Area High School and a 2008 graduate of Lock Haven University, where he earned a degree in criminal justice.
A wedding is being planned for Oct. 13, 2012.
