September 10, 1943 Roy Sembach scores three touchdowns to help Tamaqua roll to a 33-7 opening night win over Frackville. Eddie Zebrosky adds the Blue Raiders' other two touchdowns. Zebrosky also adds three extra points while his interception sets up one of his team's scores. Baer also picks off a pass, which leads to a Tamaqua tally.
