September 13, 1986 Northwestern records its second straight shutout and quarterback Dave McCann scores on a pair of keepers as the Tigers post a 14-0 Centennial League win over rival Northern Lehigh. Both of McCann's one-yard touchdown plunges come in the second quarter. Andrew Hodge carries 21 times for 93 yards to lead Northwestern, coached by Bob Mitchell. Eric Dalius adds 70 yards on 13 attempts.
