Monroe man facing theft charge
A Monroe County man is facing a charge of retail theft following an incident that occurred at Kinley's Shop Rite, located along SR209, in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township.
State police at Fern Ridge said Francis John Pellegrino, 26, of Saylorsburg is accused of stealing lunch meat from the store. The incident occurred about 4:40 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 12, troopers said.
