Construction dispute

The suits states the parties entered into a construction contract in which the defendant would construct certain improvements and provide labor and materials necessary for property at 8 Hudsondale St., Weatherly.
The suit alleges the work has not been completed or done properly, which is detailed in the suit. Sought are damages of $88,675 for repairs needed to be done and $1,175 for other repairs and painting.
