September 26, 1981 Mark Coury carries 12 times for 72 yards and a pair of short touchdown runs to help Marian roll to a 40-7 win over Palmerton. Coury reaches the end zone on gains of one and two yards. Bruce Svetz adds an eight-yard scoring run and also tosses a 52-yard TD pass to Angelo Martin. The Colts, coached by Stan Dick, also receive scoring runs from Tony Papay and Bernie Shimkus and a 35-yard interception return for a touchdown by Don Oakes.
