April 12, 1986 Panther Valley's Brian Raabe and Marian's Diane McCullion both earn their team's MVP honors at the Optimist All-Star Classic, which pits Berks County against Schuylkill County. Raabe tallies a team-high 19 points and pulls down a game-high 15 rebounds but the Schuylkill squad drops a 102-100 decision. McCullion hits for 17 points and collects 15 rebounds in an 81-60 loss to the Berks team. The Fillies' Carolyn Sanko adds 12 points and 10 boards.
