Patrician A. Luchetta filed suit for divorce from Joseph J. Luchetta, both of 7 Market St., Kelayres, Kline Township. They were married Sept. 2, 1989.
Kevin John Kennedy, 406 Coal St., Mahanoy City, filed for divorce from Gina Joan Kennedy, 68 S. Main St., Mahanoy City. They were married April 19, 1980.
Divorces granted
Angela Mrie Chandler, 523 Church St., New Ringgold, was granted a divorce from Cody A. Chandler, Remington, Va. They were married April 4, 2006.
Craig E. Hedrington, 619 W. Center St., Mahanoy City, was granted a divorce from Sharon Hedrington, 135 Cuba St., Kidngston. They were married June 6, 1998.
Billie Jo Wolff, Pine Grove, was granted a divorce from Ross E. Wolf, Tremont. They were married June 15, 2002.
John M. Weber, Ashland, was granted a divorce from Lisa A. Weber, Ringtown. They were married Aug. 24, 1990.
Foreclosures
Bank of America, Plano, Tex., filed suit against Heidi Rhoads, 131 Crocus Road, Feasterville-Trevose, Bucks County, alleging she has defaulted on mortgage payments on a property at 115 W. Phillips St., Coaldale, and seek a judgment for $64,782.09.
Bank of America, Addison, Tex., filed suit against Joseph N. Bessing, 121 Valley St., Brockton, Schuylkill Township, alleging he has defaulted on mortgage payments on the Brockton property and seek a judgment of $129,641.9.
Treasurer's report
County Treasurer Jacqueline McGovern reported on the financial transactions of the county for March.
The balance at the beginning of the month was $40,036,438.85, deposits, $10,832,479.82 disbursements, $12,485,6767.11, ending balance, $38,383.242.36.
Real Estate tax collected during the month totaled $3,347,145.71 and per capita tax $74,564.97. Revenues collected by magisterial district justices totaled $57,123.56; and tax on hotels in the county $13,311.13
Zoning permits
The Schuylkill County Zoning Office in March issued 29 zoning permits, collecting a fee of $4,950, and the estimated construction costs is $1,263,932. Obtaining permits were:

Revoked ARD
Marissa Stevens, 23, 50 Robinson's Road, Mahanoy City, formerly of Barnesville, was removed from the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program by President Judge William E. Baldwin and she now must stand trial on criminal charges brought against her by Trooper Brent Spleen.
She faces charges of receiving stolen property, a console video game belonging to Matthew Koles, which she sold to Game Stop Store at the Schuylkill Mall for $91.
The ARD Program is reserved for first offenders who can have their record cleared if they successfully complete all conditions of the program. Stevens was charged with violating the rules.
