Salem St. Paul's Lutheran Church
The work schedule for this year's West End Fair Stand is posted on the community bulletin board and ready to be filled in. You must be 13+ years old to work in the stand.
If you are able to sign up for more than one shift, that would be great.
Volunteers will receive a free fair entry ticket for the day they are scheduled to work, plus a free meal. There are three shifts daily from Aug. 26 through Sept. 1, with five to six volunteers per shift.
The captain on each shift will work the stove, heating the filling and barbecue, making gravy, etc., and supervising as needed.
The captain will also close the stand at night.
A job description is available for captains. Men are especially needed on the second and third shifts to help with heavy lifting.
See Pat Held for questions regarding the work schedule or call (610) 767-5641 or email her at heldpjheld@aol.com.
Blood drive
Salem St. Paul Lutheran Church will again be hosting a blood drive this summer.

They would like to dedicate this blood drive on behalf of JoAnn Fitzpatrick and Baby Kayloni.
