Reunion committee meeting scheduled
The Jim Thorpe High School alumni reunion committee will meet on Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 6:30 p.m. in the administration building of the school district on Center Avenue.
The meeting will take place in the second floor conference room.
All phases of the reunion will be confirmed at the meeting.

"Finding God in the Kitchen" is the new book by author and baker Jessica Miller-Epps.
Miller-Epps will take readers on a spiritual journey with a comparison of the Christian experience and the joys of baking a cake.
This new confectionery-infused biblical study guide measures life alongside the intricacies of baking.
"Finding God in the Kitchen" is a compelling Christian study guide and it also offers some of Miller-Epps favorite cake recipes.
Miller-Epps will be at the Friends of the Dimmick Library Book Sale on Saturday, Aug. 18 from 1- 4 p.m. for a meet and greet and to sign copies of her new book.
The Friends Book Sale is at 58 Broadway in downtown Jim Thorpe, two doors up from the Dimmick Library.
