Northern Lehigh, Lehighton and Panther Valley all picked up wrestling victories on Wednesday.

WRESTLING

No. Lehigh-Northwestern

Northern Lehigh used six forfeits and two pins to top Northwestern, 51-21 in Colonial League wrestling.

Ty Herzog and Cody Bowman earned pins for the Bulldogs. Herzog's was the quickest of the night at 41 seconds. Bowman picked up his in the third period.

Northwestern recorded two pins as well. Levi Veppert got his in 42 seconds, while teammate Dave Tirpak followed with a pin in 2:10.

Gage Rohlfing gave the Panthers a five-point lead entering the final bout and Mahanoy's Jordan Renfrow was only able to pick up a decision over Matt Buss.
