Graduates from Kutztown University

Andrew W. Watkins of Summit Hill, graduated from Kutztown University with a bachelor of science degree in art education on Dec. 17, 2011. He was also recently named to the dean's list for the fall 2011 semester.

Watkins is a 2006 graduate of Panther Valley High School.
