JP Morgan Chase Bank, c/o 10790 Rancho Bernardo Rd., San Diego, Calif., filed against George Tassone Jr., 56 Lindsay Mews, Albrightsville, over property at that address. Sought is $796,340.60 and continuing interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, c/o 3476 Stateview Blvd., Fort Mill, S.C., filed against Doris A. Runyo, 730 Oak Grove Drive, Lehighton, over property at that address. Sought is $169,757.75 and continuing interest.

Wells Fargo Bank filed against Harold W. and Barbara McNatt, 14 Carbon St., Weatherly, over property at that address. Sought is $94,866.16 and continuing interest.

Bluestone Investments Inc., Bethlehem, filed against Joseph Penkala, 134 Westwood Drive, Lake Harmony, seeking $17,123.30.

Divorces started

Donna Jones, 347 W. White Bear Drive, Summit Hill, filed against Ryan Jones, 10 N. Oak St., Summit Hill. They were married Nov. 18, 1995.

Albert J. Zetelski, 123 W. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, filed against Tammy Lynn Zetelski, same address (last known address). They were married June 9, 2001.

Commissions owed

Michael Gilliar, Box 705, Albrightsville, filed a civil action against Cedar Creek Real Estate Inc, dba, Cedar Creek Real Estate, and Dennis Gallagher, all of 198 Indian Trail, Jim Thorpe.

The suit states the plaintiff was a real estate agent for the defendants during a time frame detailed in the suit and later entered an agreement for one-half defendants' broker's commission.

The suit alleges commissions were not paid as required in agreement during a period outlined in the suit and the debt was acknowledged by Gallagher. Sought is $9,326.75 plus interest, costs and fees.

Bill owed

Austin James Associates Inc, Box U, Pocono Pines, filed a civil action against Mercury Hospitality LLC, and Lake Harmony Resorts, operator of the Pocono Inn, Box 809, SR940, Lake Harmony, and also of 300 Kimball St., Woodbridge, N.J.

The suit states the plaintiff is in the business providing environmental remediation, environmental consulting and engineering services.

The suit further states there was water line issues at the Pocono Inn and the plaintiff was contacted to assist. The suit further states the plaintiff made proposals to solve the problem which were accepted by the defendants' agent.

The work was done and a bill is owed and sought amounting to $23,180.94 plus interest, costs and fees, the suit charges.
