File for divorce
Paul D. Hillibush Jr., 728 State Road, Barnesville, started a divorce action against Terri Lynn HIllibush, 28 Rosemont Avenue, Barnesville. They were married Nov. 12, 2002.
Gail Helen Rentschler, 485 Buck Mountain Road, Zion Grove, North Union Township, filed suit for divorce against Thomas Joseph Rentschler, 58 Third St., Oneida, North Union Township. They were married Nov. 8, 2008.
Granted divorce
Elizabeth J. McClure-Sloan, 27 Owl Lane, New Ringgold, was granted a divorce from Dominic A. Sloan, Fort Mitchell, Ky. They were married Aug. 5, 2000.
Amy E. Green, Minersville, was granted a divorce from Thomas A. Green III, Mahanoy City. They were married Feb. 21, 1998.
Gilbert A. Diaz, Schuylkill Haven, was granted a divorce from Nicole D. Diaz, Wenelsor, York County. They were married Dec. 23, 1996.
Guilty plea
Lisa Ann Wise, Saint Clair, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and was sentenced by Judge John E. Domalakes to serve 90 days to five years in the county prison with the sentence to begin Thursday, Feb. 23.
She also must pay a fine of $1,500, pay $100 to the Substance Abuse Education fund, $100 to the Catastrophe fund, $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, enroll in the alcohol highway safe driving school, undergo intensive outpatient treatment and her driver's license is suspended 18 months.
Wise was cited by Trooper Thomas Hornung when stopped on teh Burma Road in East Norwegian Township on March 6, 2011.
