BB gun shot at motor vehicles

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating incidents that happened between 5:30-5:50 p.m. Dec. 30 along Route 61, between Mount Carbon Getty and Raring Road, in North Manheim Township.

Police said an unknown actor(s) traveling south on Rt. 61 randomly shot at vehicles traveling north on the highway with the BB gun, striking the vehicles and causing damages. No injuries were reported.

The victims are identified as Cory Nabholtz and Lisa Eilen Millin, both of Pottsville, Shawn Yeager of Shenandoah and Melizza Steigerwalt of Cressona.

The damages were caused to the driver's side door and windows of the four vehicles.
